ON TRACK INTRO – $99
New members will complete 1-on-1 Coaching for 4 assessment sessions to determine a “color” based on the Level Method programming. The 10 fitness domains will be assessed to evaluate the perfect starting point for your fitness journey. It’s the perfect way for new members to know exactly where their fitness level is and to develop a plan to improve their fitness. After the assessments, members will be invited to Chalk-it-Pro where the workouts for the day are posted and where members can track their progress. The On Track Intro includes the individual assessment training and integration into the MainLine group classes.

UNLIMITED MAINLINE – $150
Attend as many classes as you want in a month for one price. All levels welcome. Month-to-Month commitment only. No long term contracts! Classes are a full hour lead by a trained Coach. Program includes a warm-up, strength, skills, cardiovascular conditioning, accessory and stretching components.
Express class is taught in reverse so you can get your workout finished during lunch. If you have the time, then stay for the hour to complete the strength and accessory programming.
DROP-IN – $20
For current members of a Level Method or CrossFit Gym who are traveling through the area or just want to check us out. If you are not a current member of a CrossFit Affiliate or Level Method Gym please contact us first.
For local community members who cannot commit to a monthly membership. After the $99 Intro Assessments have been completed, you will be given a discount code to the drop-in rate for a “pay as you attend” class rate.
